La Chiva Chabela
A virtual children’s artist shipped end to end, with agents doing the work and a person approving the song, the master and the release.

Original music for kids, made with AI, without copying anyone.
Generating a song is easy; shipping one responsibly is not. A children’s release has to be original (no borrowed melody or lyrics), safe for kids, technically ready for streaming, and honest about the use of AI when it reaches the distributor.
Five music agents, three human gates.
- Benchmark: what children’s songs travel (charts, structure, approximate BPM and key)
- Original proposal: concept, full lyrics, spec and risks
- Gate 1 · the owner approves the proposal
- Takes with ElevenLabs Music → master at −14 LUFS, true peak ≤ −1 dBTP
- A&R: lyrics vs reference lyrics (n-grams), sung vs written words, children’s-content checklist; blocks on risk
- Gate 2 · the owner listens and approves the master
- Release package: 3000×3000 cover, lyrics, metadata with AI disclosure
- Gate 3 · the owner approves the launch and date
- DistroKid → Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music · lip-synced video on YouTube
What the agents cannot skip.
Proposal
Nothing is generated until the owner approves the lyrics and concept.
Master + A&R
A master cannot reach review without an approved A&R on that same file.
Launch
Only the owner’s launch command releases the package for upload to the distributor; redoing a stage invalidates later approvals.
Originality
Lyrics are compared against reference lyrics for repeated lines and shared sequences.
Sung = written
The sung vocal is transcribed and checked against the approved lyrics.
Cost cap
Generation has a per-song spend cap (default US$2).
